Good point - There was a class action for all 2016 tRUmp campaign staff - this was recently settled and released all NDAs for that particular group. The NDA was used to punish a staffer, who had it thrown out in 2021. This looks like a class action then followed and was thrown out for all.
For his tRUmp Inc. employees and ex-employees under NDA: I would think, the fraud conviction for BOTH the company AND tRUmp would put those NDA up for another class action lawsuit. Can't keep people under NDA contract when the company and owner are both proven 100% frauds. AFAIK, an NDA is voided for purposes of any trial, but should be formally lifted by a judge to protect other employees.

Extrapolating from how bad he looks in these videos to how much worse he's going to look in six months, and in a year suggests to me that the GOP will decide not to nominate him. I'd be very interested in your thoughts, and those of Ms. Jong-Fast.
Was the 2016 election investigated for fraud? Isn’t it curious Trump/Magas beat the drum of “election fraud/the big lie” for the 2020 election... because maybe they pulled it off themselves in 2016? Is their unwillingness to accept 2020 results stemming from what worked in 2016? I mean let’s face it, everyone was shocked Trump won in 2016!!!!
Why is Don, Jr's testimony so critical? Because he can confirm Sr is the only one who allowed to make final decisions! All shenanigans are of his own doing and kids just had to go along to get along, correct?
Isn't it more probable that each of them will plead the 5th amendment? Alvin Bragg still has the option to pursue criminal charges for the fraud they have committed. Thanks!

Will the children have to sell tbeir real estate assets illegally gained by fraudulently obtained mortgages? Will they have to raise actual cash to pay off the NY tax debts?
Also, what happened to the $250M that was raised from donors for Trump legal battles?
And is Kimberly Guilfoyle really as scary as she looks? Cause that girl needs help.

I've seen her on television, and it's more her personality that I strongly disliked. It's certainly possible that she was a more likeable person when she went out with Newsom, although I wouldn't bet on it.
Have not been here for awhile, see that we all are watching the Donald as we all are. Nothing seem to change with him, from one day to another. Donald has made a mess of things as he always will. His children has turned out to be just like he is. They all are a royal mess, no good to themselves or anyone else. If old Donald Duck loose his home in Florida, what the hell will he do? He already have a cup out for the people to put money into, maybe, he will turn into a bag man on the corner for awhile.
I'm sincerely hopeful that Don Jr and the other "kids" cost him everything including his freedom.

The NDAs have been ruled invalid 2 weeks ago, as he was sued in a class action suit by members of his 2016 campaign! All of Trump's NDAs are void!

I believe she had less plastic, silicone and Botox at that time. So, there might have been some vestiges of humanity there. Who knows?
