last night, on the you tube episode of The Five 8, Allison Gill gave a cogent explanation for timelines regarding prosecutions. she explained the various processes re judges orders and evidence and etc. all that arcane process of the law that is taking time. it is worth watching. It doesn't make you feel any better as you watch traitors grab the reins of power in the Congress, but at least the reasons for the snail pace are understandable.

Right on Mary! Tiny point -- item 8 on your list, really needs to include new york. As I see it the democratic party apparatus in both Florida and NY is in a shambles. I think it is not a case of national investment but local (dis)organization. A lot of competetive house districts were lost in both Fla and NY, for no good reason. I don't live in either state so I don't know exactly what is wrong but based on what happened in other states and the demographics of Fla and NY, something went wrong. Keep up your amazing work. This was another demonstration of just how extreme all of the Republican Party is. Not a single member chose to jump their vote across to Hakeem Jeffries rather than give their vote to the insurrectionists running the House now. This is horrific. This Republican House, with people who want to completely break a civilized government and to end spending for all causes other than the military, police and the filthy rich.

Actual: Nearly 1000 indictments handed down from DOJ to seditionists on January 6.
Many in prison already. Some on Seditious Conspirary charges, very hard to prove. High conviction rate.
