The situation in Ukraine represents an existential threat to the national security of the United States..Period. Full Stop. Biden must circumnavigate Johnson and take the money from somewhere else and give Ukraine what they need..By preventing the U.S. from helping an ally from the unprovoked aggression of an adversary, Johnson is providing aid and comfort to our enemy..TAKE HIM INTO CUSTODY FOR TREASON AND GIVE UKRAINE WHAT THEY NEED!!
More importantly this shows why the plan was ALWAYS to tank McCarthy. He was always just a placeholder. They only ever pretended he might not be to deflect suspicion.
I thought it was odd when they publicly installed him with that provision that he could be sacked at any time. There was no reason to be public about that unless they knew upfront they intended to invoke it.
That's why it went to 15 votes. They were giving him a mein of gross incompetence and had to appear to desperately accept him so that no one would question his later dismissal.

My knowledge of Russian history is limited but it certainly appears that the KGB/FSB has pulled off the most effective, successfully executed op of all time.

1. Continued Continuing Resolutions
2. ZERO dollars for Ukraine
3. Johnson asking for Border Security, and the rejecting it when it's handed to him.
