Donald’s Terrible 24 Hours: Major legal setbacks, and political pies in the face – Donald’s lawyers received bad news after bad news, and wild comments from Roseanne Barr at Mar-a-Lago might sink him with key independents (see video below)!
We needed this day… and Donald definitely did not. Read on.

I understand it’s been a long and few weeks. We’re all tired from the emotional toll. But I must admit, today, I’m surprised.
I have never seen this much bad news for Donald and the Republicans in a 24-hour period - I count TEN instances, and I’ve worked hard to get them to you. There is so much, in fact, keeping track of it all felt like drinking from a fire hydrant.
So, let’s take a moment to appreciate the small victories when we get them — all ten are important reminders that the steady march toward justice continues, and that our efforts are not in vain.
1. The judge in Donald’s Georgia RICO case just REJECTED his attempts to dismiss the case on free speech grounds.
In a momentous ruling, Judge Scott McAfee upheld the criminal indictment against Donald in Georgia, dismissing the ridiculous argument that Donald’s attempts to overturn the 2020 election results were protected under the First Amendment.
This decision marks a significant setback for Donald, opening the way for the state’s complex yet compelling racketeering case against him and his co-conspirators to get on the calendar.
The judge’s refusal to dismiss the indictment is a testament to the strength of the case and the seriousness of the charges. Remember, the Georgia case is outside the purview of a presidential pardon.
Donald’s deck may not be as stacked as he seems to think it is.
2. Judge Merchan REJECTS Donald’s presidential immunity arguments, and in so doing, gives us a glimpse at key evidence
In a significant development, Donald’s bid to delay his impending New York hush money election interference criminal trial by invoking presidential immunity was soundly rejected.
The case, which includes serious charges such as falsifying business records, is expected to be particularly detrimental to Donald and will keep him in a courtroom during the height of campaign season.
While the rejection of Donald’s immunity claim was very welcome — there was something far more interesting buried in Merchan’s decision, along with a glimpse of damning evidence that’s likely a smoking gun for prosecutors. Check this out:
